The longest-serving MP - Yordan Tsonev from the MRF, is facing expulsion from parliament, according to the Central Election Commission's data with 100% of votes counted.
However, the CEC has not yet announced the distribution of mandates by region, which is done using a complex formula that also redistributes votes from abroad.
Tsonev is the leader of two lists - in Veliko Tarnovo and in Varna, and in both regions Delyan Peevski's party is outside the top four.
In Varna, PB is first with 50,713 votes (52.784%), followed by GERB-SDS - 11,812 (12.294%), PP-DB - 11 812 (12.294%), "Vazrazhdane" - 4 467 (4.649%).
DPS with 4 058 votes (4.224%) is sixth after "Velicie" with 4 459 (4.641%).
Five mandates for "Progressive Bulgaria", GERB - 1, PPDB - 1, "Vazrazhdane" - 1, predicted on "Facebook" the experienced local political scientist Prof. Todor Galunov.
"Possible DPS and "Vazrazhdane" to swap roles", he added, reminding that the mandates are distributed according to the Hare-Niemeier largest remainder method.
In Varna, the MRF is in ninth place with 2.212% (4,417 votes).
Yordan Tsonev has been a deputy in 13 parliaments - 12 in a row from the 40th to the 51st National Assembly, and for the first time he became a deputy 29 years ago - in the 38th National Assembly.
Then, after the early elections on the same date as yesterday - April 19, 1997, was the previous victory with a majority. The UDF coalition led by Ivan Kostov around the UDF won 137 seats, receiving 2,223,714 votes (52.26%).
In this first term, Tsonev is an MP from the UDF, and in all the others - from the MRF.
