Borislav Sarafov's resignation is providing time for regrouping in the judicial system.

This opinion was expressed to the Bulgarian National Radio by former Interior Minister and former Deputy Prime Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov, who was among the leading figures in GERB and later founded the "Republicans for Bulgaria" party.

"Vanya Stefanova is part of Borislav Sarafov's team and crew", he noted and recalled details of her professional biography.

"Many people who wanted some change and fought" entered the whirlpool of the judicial system, reports Tsvetanov.

In the course of Sarafov leaving the post of acting prosecutor general, he sees "stressing in these systems, which until now have manipulated or kept many people in dependence".

People voted for Radev, not because everyone sympathizes, but because of disgust and despair, commented Tsvetan Tsvetanov. According to him, the loss of all political parties, across the spectrum, amounts to a total of 740,000 voters.

121 deputies have lost parliamentary representation in the previous parliament. Radev upgraded and got 131, Tsvetanov took stock and added that now it depends on him whether he will form the "most valuable and meaningful cabinet".

With the new majority, some parties will lose their main motivation for political existence and there will be regrouping and restructuring, Tsvetan Tsvetanov predicted in the "12+3" program.
