Nearly 100 cheverme will be spinning today and tomorrow at the traditional festival in Zlatograd. In addition to the delicacies, the program for thousands of guests includes Rhodopean kaba bagpipes, a series of concerts and many other surprises.
“Rhodope cheverme is number 1. Here in the Rhodope Mountains, the taste is much better because of the pasture and fresh water. Everything is ecologically clean”, said Dicho Kabakov, a cheverme master.
