A 55-year-old man was run over by a train this afternoon in Ruse, BNT reported.
The incident occurred in the area of Wholesale Trade.
The man was crossing the railway line on an unregulated path.
The train that hit him was part of the Sofia - Ruse train.
Due to the incident, the train was unable to leave on time.
The passengers had to be transported by bus from the Central Station to the Distribution Station.
The reasons for the fatal incident are being clarified by law enforcement agencies.
