The NRA carries out mass inspections of stock exchanges, markets and markets for compliance with tax legislation. During the summer campaign from the beginning of August in Sofia, 50 violations were found during 64 inspections.
The range of inspected sites is wide - from restaurants and establishments to market stalls, announced Adrian Vassilev, head of the "mobile groups" sector at NRA - Sofia, quoted by BNR.
"What we can say is that the violations found are related to the failure to issue fiscal receipts, lack of fiscal devices and differences in cash availability. Specifically, the established non-issuance of fiscal receipts is 22, with 10 of them due to the lack of fiscal devices. 10 are the violations that are related to a difference in cash availability".
"Especially at the Women's Market, out of 7 inspections carried out, 7 missing fiscal devices were found".
Sanctions are provided for all these violations.
"For the non-issuance of fiscal receipts and a difference in the cash register, as well as for the lack of fiscal devices - from 500 to 2000 €. When these violations result in non-reflection of revenues, the penalty now reaches 10,000 €, and in case of repetition - up to 20,000 €.
All stalls in the markets must have fiscal devices and issue cash receipts, reminded Vassilev.
This rule is not widely followed, and the markets with the most violations in the capital are the Women's Market and "Dimitar Petkov".
Especially at the Women's Market, out of 7 inspections carried out, 7 fiscal devices were missing. Yes, when it is a licensed market, sales must be reflected on fiscal devices. There is a difference only for manufacturers, but they are also required to issue a document. It is simply not a fiscal receipt.
