Navy servicemen acted on two signals for discovered objects along the coast. A specialized team from the Naval Base - Varna scouted and transported parts of an unmanned aerial vehicle found on the seashore, between the resort of “Albena“ and the village of Kranevo, Dobrich region. The team classified the object as a decoy drone /without explosives on board/.
Specialists from the Naval Base - Varna also examined parts of a drone thrown from the sea, found on the beach in the area of “Rakitnika“ near Varna. The servicemen acted upon a signal from the Ministry of Interior's Regional Office - Varna, the press center of the Ministry of Defense informs.
In order to ensure the safety of tourism, the specialized team from the Navy transported the objects to the Naval Base in Varna, strictly observing safety measures.
The teams acted upon the orders of the Chief of Defense and following the orders of the Navy Commander.
