The application process for scholarships under the presidential initiative "Support a Dream" begins on September 15th. Applications will continue until October 15th, 2026.
The initiative is aimed at young people who have been raised in residential care social services or have left a specialized institution, with the aim of assisting them in continuing their education.
Financial support is intended for both students and students who meet the conditions for participation in the program.
