The mayor of "Triaditsa" Dimitar Bozhilov withdrew the region's proposals for the purchase of part of the properties in South Park - the third part. Instead, he proposed a lasting and sustainable legal mechanism for settling property rights issues with private owners, the regional administration reported on its Facebook page, reported Sofia24.bg, quoted by BTA.
The proposal of the region envisages the designation of an urban planning zone outside the territory of "Triaditsa", which will be regulated and divided into small properties with an allocation for development and offered for compensation to the owners of lands in the park. Given the legal impossibility of applying expropriation procedures, as well as the high financial rates for redemption, the mayor of the region envisages mandatory assistance from the state as well, with the aim of providing a property fund that could serve as a potential means of compensation. In its proposal, the "Triaditsa" emphasizes the fact that the properties that can be provided for compensation will be significantly smaller than the park areas acquired by the municipality, due to the specific allocation for landscaping, sports and attractions. And this will limit the possibilities of private owners for construction.

The design plan for the entrance and exit of “Todor Jebarov" was prepared by the certified cadastral agency of the Metropolitan Municipality and proposed for consideration by the competent authorities. Along with the above, the transport commission of the Metropolitan Municipality approved the temporary organization of traffic on the nameless street between the intersections of “Todor Djebarov" and "Major Pavel Pavlov", providing for parking only on one side of the track. Installation of signs and anti-parking elements is pending in this road section, in order to comply with the approved restriction.
The departmental expert committee was officially referred by the region and with proposed street “Major Pavel Pavlov" to be temporarily open for entry and exit - until the repair of “Todor Kableshkov" Blvd. is completed. and permanently open for entry - after completion of the SMP.
The mayor of the Triaditsa region, Dimitar Bozhilov, was elected among the 24 regional mayors of Sofia as the representative of the Sofia municipality in the Regional Council for the Development of South-Western Regions in the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria (NSORB).
On his initiative two years ago, a bill for partial financial decentralization of municipalities was submitted to the National Assembly, which provides for direct deductions in favor of the regional budget in the amount of 20% of the income from taxes and fees collected by the respective region.< /p>
During the working week, the mayor took part in the final conference "Development of fiscal decentralization and improvement of financial management at the local level in Bulgaria", in which NSORB was the main partner together with the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, Foundation for Local Reform self-government and Forum for civil participation.
The prestigious forum was also attended by representatives of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities of the Council of Europe, the Ministry of Finance, the Center for Expertise on Good Governance in the Council of Europe, IPA, etc.
Another working meeting was held with the expert team to prepare a task for the design of a new primary school on “Todor Djebarov" in the quarter "Manastirski livadi - east". The main parameters of the future task were discussed, including the segments of educational environment and infrastructure, sports facilities and swimming pool, parking, premises for study and urban planning specifics of the plot for the future educational base.

The removal of twenty-three illegal garage cells in the “Strelbishte” quarter is underway. The district administration will continue its consistent program to clear all municipal land of illegal constructions in order to free up more parking spaces and landscaping, as well as to improve the organization of traffic in the neighborhoods.
The district administration responded to a citizen's report of a broken manhole cover on Hristo Botev Blvd. 15 by contacting the operating company that owns it. The problem was solved and the shaft was restored.
The district administration referred the transport commission of the Metropolitan Municipality for the third time with a request to set aside a pedestrian path on Gotse Delchev Blvd., at the intersection with Boyanski Vopadov St. The initiative is of citizens from the neighborhoods "Strelbishte" and “Gotse Delchev" and aims to increase the level of safety when crossing the busy thoroughfare.
On the reception day, the regional mayor Dimitar Bozhilov received part of the protesting citizens against the holding of an annual festival event on the territory of South Park - second part. Part of the demands of the representatives was a ban on the events in South Park - the second and third parts, strengthening the control over noise from commercial and municipal facilities in the vicinity, including complaints from the children's playground on “Burel" between the building at No. 9 and bl. 73, as well as from the nearby vocational high school.
The district mayor confirmed his position that the event should either not take place, or be reduced, or moved. With regard to the other complaints, the district's position is that the playground will not be moved, but measures will be taken to prevent public nuisance.
District Mayor Dimitar Bozhilov held a meeting with a representative of the Sofia Graffiti Tour platform in connection with the potential opportunity to implement a new mural project in the underpass of the “Gotse Delchev" boulevards. and “P.
