Until today, Bulgarian citizen voters, with registered permanent and current address in different settlements on the territory of Bulgaria, can submit a written request to the municipal administration at their current address in order to be entered in the electoral rolls of the section at their registered current address, according to the "two in one“ on June 9 of the Central Election Commission (CEC), BTA reported.
When submitting one application for inclusion in an electoral roll at the current address, the voter is entered in both lists (for voting for members of the European Parliament and for voting for people's representatives), if he has voting rights for both types of elections.
The application for voting at the current address can also be submitted electronically through the website of the Main Directorate “GRAO“ in MRRB: https://regna.grao.bg/
Today also expires the period in which voters with permanent disabilities, which do not allow them to exercise their right to vote in the polling station, can submit a written request (Appendix No. 30-EP or Appendix No. 31-NS of the election papers), to be entered in the electoral rolls for voting with a mobile ballot box.
The application is submitted to the relevant municipal administration at the permanent address/address of residence for citizens of another EU member state or at the current address (when an application for voting is submitted at the current address and the voter is entered in the electoral roll at his current address), in the following ways: in the municipal administration, a manually signed application that can be submitted by an authorized person or sent by post; electronic application through the website of the relevant municipal administration.
When submitting an electronic application, no electronic signature is required.
The names of the voter who submitted an application for voting with a mobile ballot box are deleted from the two electoral lists (for elections for members of the EP and for elections for people's representatives) for voting by permanent/current address/address of residence.
