4 million BGN is allocated by the National Assembly for the leasing of new cars for the needs of the parliament. There will be 70 cars of the same make and model and brand new with diesel or gasoline engines, bTV reported.
The lease will last 48 months. The price for monthly rent (lease installment) cannot exceed BGN 1,190, it is stated in the technical specifications of the public procurement.
The cars will be sedan/liftback - black or gray color. The drive will be 4x4. The seats must be ergonomic, electrically adjustable and heated.
The participant in the public procurement must be a manufacturer or importer, an authorized distributor/representative of the motor vehicles offered by him for the territory of Bulgaria.
In the event that the participant is not a manufacturer, to his Technical Proposal he should submit an authorization letter or other equivalent document issued by the manufacturer and giving permission to carry out the delivery of the subject of the order.
For each of the vehicles provided, a mileage of 140,000 km is determined for the entire lease period – 48 months. The National Assembly will then return the cars back to the selected contractor.
