Gutsanov after the talks with ITN: The similarities are visible and the dialogue is proceeding in a normal order - 1

The Great National Assembly has foreseen that the third mandate will be different – not to be given to a candidate for Prime Minister, but to a parliamentary group. The fact that a dialogue is already starting to take place in the National Assembly is a positive thing, because in recent years there was not even a dialogue. This is what the chairman of the PG of the "BSP for Bulgaria" told journalists. Borislav Gutsanov after the meeting with "There is such a people" to form a government with the third mandate, quoted by novini.bg.

Of course, in the BSP we are a party in which we strictly observe our statutes, it is not by chance that we are 130 years old. If at second talks it is seen that there are the real votes to form a regular cabinet, the National Council of the party and then the final decision will be made. But, yes, the similarities are visible and the dialogue between the two parties is proceeding normally. We believe that this is reasonable and normal. The key word is dialogue – the common understandings of the parties should be sought, not what divides us, Gutsanov said.
Asked how he would still proceed with the dividing lines with "There is such a people", for example on the topic of the war in Ukraine, the socialist noted: "You see that this question is not being raised at the moment, it was avoided by the side of "There is such a people", as the position of the BSP on the subject of Ukraine is categorical. We think that if it comes to second talks, this topic will be one of the topics that will have to be commented on very clearly, because on this issue we have views that peace is the greatest value, life is unique and unique for every single person".
