The head of the SDVR Lyubomir Nikolov came to those gathered in front of the barn inhabited by Ahmed Dogan in “Boyana”. In front of them, he explained that the people who are in the property are representatives of the owner, and the law enforcement agencies act under the direction of the District Prosecutor's Office. The term in which the prosecution must rule on the reported materials in the case is 30 days, Nova TV informs.
„Whether you will enter, whether we will enter - every single action is illegal. Possible self-government is a crime under the Criminal Code. The District Prosecutor's Office will assess whether there is such data. We are currently working under her leadership. I am in minute-to-minute contact with the district attorney. All the documents we have from the property register have been provided, Nikolov explained.
According to the head of the SDVR, the owner of the property has agreed to the people in question managing the property and has a legal basis to stay there. “We cannot drive them out”, he emphasized. And he explained that it was they who gave the signal about the gathering of people in front. The chairman of DPS, Jevdet Chakarov, objected that according to the contract, the tenant has the opportunity to export his belongings and documentation.
There were also mutual accusations of aggression. “Why are you aggressing towards the police officers, what are they guilty of” Nikolov asked the gathered. “Because they push, kick and crush us,” were heard answers. The director of the Ministry of Internal Affairs indicated that everything was recorded by cameras of the Ministry of the Interior, which will be shown.
