"I think that this time they will make an effort to have a cabinet. I hear it, I see it. Both Borisov and the PP-DB have some formula. Sociologist Parvan Simeonov, "Gallup International Balkan", stated this to the BNR.
He also comments on what is happening in the DPS.
"Dogan will have to counterattack, because slowly and gradually the initiative went entirely to Peevski's side".
Parvanov analyzes the advantages for the wing around Delyan Peevski by taking the brand "DPS" after the Supreme Administrative decided this.
"Anyone who has made elections knows what it means to have people on committees and what – don't have If you don't have one, immediately some of your votes disappear. Mr. Dogan's formation will likely try to bring in observers. The factor "recognizability" works among this electorate. The fact that the brand remained with Peevski is important. But it will be clearly explained to the electorate who is where. The big question is not so much technical, but that Dogan's men look weak at the moment.
Delyan Peevski is a good potential whistleblower. He has nothing to lose. The question is how many deputies he will enter the parliament with. Peevski is good at predicting his votes. It also has quite good electoral possibilities - it is an expression not just of a forceful or pragmatic process in the DPS, but of the change of generations".
However, the Bulgarian people do not deserve to be hostage to the struggles in the Movement, Simeonov summarized.
Whether a coalition will be formed after the elections depends on Borisov, the sociologist also explained in the show "Something More".
Parvan Simeonov believes that the leader of GERB will pronounce more categorically on the "DPS" case. after the vote.
"He will watch if the feeling of an ascending camp is created "Peevski" and whether the Western partners are behind this camp, which I doubt a little – it's just an urban legend to me. It is also an urban legend that Borisov is being held in a terrible way.
Politicians are currently in such a hysterical phase that they have started listening to their own propaganda and believing themselves, explained Parvan Simeonov. He is even inclined to think that they are listening to statements such as "Dogan is a Russian job and Peevski is an American one".
"They are already entering into conspiratorial conversations".
Now there is a small opportunity for anti-Pevian energy, the sociologist also noted.
The problem is that the parties do not want to govern at the moment, noted Simeonov.
"The danger is that tomorrow someone will come out and say: "Presidential Republic". Or another: "Change the electoral system", and nothing more stupid than that can be done. Better not to make sudden movements. Everything here depends on the wisdom of Radev's camp. If the president succumbs to suggestions to change the rules of the game in the country, it will be a mistake. If he waits patiently to make himself a political subject, it will be a plus for Radev.
For some time now, Borisov has been speaking badly only of PP, but not of DB, the sociologist also noted.
"I am interested in what will happen after the elections with PP-DB"
Parvan Simeonov did not rule out the possibility that the voter turnout in the upcoming vote will be even lower.
"We no longer measure, but count. This is a bad sign".
The sociologist believes that smaller political formations, similar to "Greatness", can enter the parliament again.
"Last time the MECH party was close to three percent. Practice shows that such parties, once they have appeared, continue to grow. "Majesty" of Ivelin Mihailov are still in the game. And something else may pop up, because there is a dead end.
