The leader of the municipal councilors of the BSP in the capital and a member of the National Council of the party - Kaloyan Pargov, has given a request that he is ready to enter into a direct clash with Boyko Borisov in the elections on October 27 as the leader of the list of the centenarian in the capital's 25th multi-mandate electoral district (25th MIR).
"I'm not afraid of fights. I have also met Borisov in Sofia, and Fandakova, and many others. Whoever is afraid of fights should stay at home. Personally, I don't feel like it," he expressed his confidence, quoted by novini.bg.
"The coach of the team - this is the management - must arrange the composition with which BSP will go to the match on October 27th, another such one. After we see the result, we will analyze: who works for what and what does not work. I am ready to take the risk for myself in this complicated situation: with all my reputable experience. If it is considered, I am ready to keep the list (25 MIR), I have also declared which one. A matter for the comrades to decide. I think that since you have lived in this area for over 35 years, as a municipal councilor for 16 years and the chairman of the group of councilors, I know every corner of Sofia, every dog, cat and mouse," Pargov also said.
"The result very much depends on the people who will communicate with the voters, as well as on the program of the broad left unification. It is very important that each of them corresponds to the profile of the region. You understand that we cannot put an intellectual in a region where the voters are of a different type," he explained.
According to him, Sergey Stanishev should be the leader of the list and his place is not in Stara Zagora, but in the 24th MIR in the capital.
