We are ready with the request to the president of the republic to appeal to the Constitutional Court (CC) for rigging the elections, announced Krasimira Katincharova from Velichie, a deputy in the 50th National Assembly, before his submission to the presidential institution.
The party announced that they are submitting the request to the Prosecutor General, the Council of Ministers, the Supreme Court of Cassation and the Supreme Administrative Court.
Katincharova pointed out that they will also invite all political forces in the 50th National Assembly to support their complaint about vote counting. "Their support will be absolutely indicative, both the actions of the president, as well as the actions of the Constitutional Court, as well as the actions of every institution that we will refer to today,", she commented.

According to the official results of the Central Election Commission (CEC), in the parliamentary elections on October 27 this year "Majesty" received 3.999% and failed to cross the 4% barrier to enter the 51st National Assembly.

Katincharova indicated that more than 100 people worked around the clock for ten days to review all the videos to cover as many violations as possible to document in order to be able to present them to the president and, accordingly, to The Constitutional Court.

Nikolai Pankov, candidate for People's Representative from Velichie, said that the material for their request is about 300 pages. 4,800 sections were checked, a quarter of the sections in the country. According to him, they found that from “Majesty” about 500 votes were taken away.
He explained that with programmers they made a program that detects differences in machine voting. Out of 330 sections checked, we found that from “Majesty“ 447 votes were stolen or written to other parties, added Pankov. “These are the numbers. Now we are importing them and we will wait for the responsible institutions to make a decision within 15 days, he pointed out.
Krasimira Katincharova said that they will support the request of “There is such a people” for counting the elections. With regard to the complaint of "Vazrazhdane", she commented that Kostadin Kostadinov's party did not want the election to be cashed at all and only yesterday they talked about it in order to join the general chorus. "My suspicion, watching the work of Revival, is that they don't want to cash in on the election, they want to wash away the status quo," she said. According to her, a poorly prepared complaint will actually wash the elections and make them legitimate.
