Today, at another GERB briefing, broadcast for some reason on all televisions, Boyko Borisov stated, looking into the cameras, the following: "I do not wish to deal with this broken country". End of quote.
I draw the following conclusions from this statement:
Boyko Borisov has long since forgotten himself and is absolutely convinced that if it were not for him, the state would not exist.
And, if it is not him, Bulgaria will disintegrate and disappear.
This is what ITN leader Slavi Trifonov commented on his Facebook page on the occasion of today's briefing of the GERB party and the speech of its leader Boyko Borisov. Here's more from the showman's words:
And because some others try to run the country, but do not have his strength, mind and qualities of a politician, they fail in running the country. The only one who can fix the faults of this broken country is He Himself – Boyko Borisov.
But he is already offended, there are some unfortunate people hanging around his feet and creating some kind of dumb, democratic process that hinders and insults him.
So I will be frank and tell him the following:
The state – these are the people and by talking like that, you insult all Bulgarians.
Boyko, since you don't want to deal with this “broken state”, don't run for elections anymore.
