It will also be established whether the protocols of the sectional election commissions meet the requirements of the Election Code.
In 442 polling stations - also explicitly indicated by the Central Election Commission, the number of ballots entered in the protocol as invalid will be compared to those handed over to the regional electoral commissions by the sectional electoral commissions.
The CC has obliged the CEC to provide the experts with the election documents from the specified sections. In addition, the Commission must provide, within a two-week period, information on the sections in which there were problems with real-time video surveillance and video recording after the announcement of the end of the election day when counting the votes and drawing up the protocol, as well as which sections were not video recording of the census is mandatory - like those in hospitals, for example.
Three weeks is the deadline given to the CEC to provide information about the changes in the composition of the sectional election commissions made after the legal deadline. The court requests data on the total number of changes, distribution by week, on whose proposal they were made - to the member of the commission, a political party or coalition, to another entity, whether the original ratio of political parties and coalitions in the sectional election commission has been preserved, as well as on what factual and legal basis the change was made.
According to the Electoral Code, the Central Committee has a two-month period to decide - whether there is a reason for a full or partial cancellation of the vote from a month ago, or not.
