The political situation in Bulgaria is in a critical state, according to analysts. The Director of the National Book Center at the National Palace of Culture (NDK) Svetlozar Zhelev and PR expert Kalina Krumova made an in-depth analysis of the situation in the studio of the show "Your Day" on NOVA NEWS.
"Reforms are very necessary, but people in the parliament and the National Assembly should think a little more than the rest," said Kalina Krumova on air. She emphasized political tactics and their consequences: "In politics, it is a rule that you can earn a dividend when there is a neighboring enemy, but you must be ready to provide an alternative."
Krumova expressed doubt about the capacity of the current political figures: "The question is whether these people, who for 21 days cannot elect a speaker of the parliament, will be able to govern the country together."
Svetlozar Zhelev, for his part, emphasized: "Once again, it is clear that the people we elect are protecting only their private interests." He described the political situation as "horrifying" from an external point of view, emphasizing "the absolute and total carelessness and disinterest of the political class in starting to solve the problems in the country."
