„We have an array of documents, it was provided to us by a source from the National Revenue Agency, rather the National Insurance Institute. We claim that all but one of the documents are authentic and we are ready to provide them to all interested institutions that have the right to handle this type of information”.
This was stated by Vesislava Tencheva in the program “EvroDikov“ on the occasion of being removed from association “BOETS“ documents for substantial sums that were paid to the son and wife of i.f. Ch. prosecutor Borislav Sarafov from private companies.
„It is no coincidence that today we have already sent official signals to the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office, which has the authority to investigate through Mr. Sarafov, to the SJC, which should, in our opinion, immediately convene, remove the powers of the acting chief prosecutor and to terminate the procedure for his election as official head prosecutor.“
The documents are related to taxable income under employment relationships. They show that relatives of the interim chief prosecutor received tens of thousands of BGN from a transport company.
“We have these documents, we are ready to provide them to anyone who has the right to receive them from us.”, said Tancheva.
“I call on the State Agency “National Security” to invite the chairman of the "BOEC" association, who signed the report, to a conversation and he should take them away, Vesislava Tancheva also said.
