The election of Natalia Kiselova is an attempt by Delyan Peevski to install a Trojan horse horse in the National Assembly.
ITN MP Stanislav Balabanov stated this to the BNR and added:
"The party that Mrs. Kiselova represents (BSP-United Left - n.b.r.) has not been independent for a long time, but on the contrary - has practically turned into a joint-stock company, where there are many directors, but only one a boss like Mr. Peevski. This is what the process looks like from the inside.
In his words, a clear proof of the stated statements was the vote for "DPS - New beginning" for Natalia Kiselova in one of the runoffs for the election of the Speaker of the 51st Parliament.
Stanislav Balabanov emphasized that Boyko Borisov not being prime minister is the condition set by ITN, if it comes to negotiations with them for a cabinet, stressing that their opinion is that a regular government is needed:
"There is no possibility of supporting Borissov as prime minister. ... The protests in 2020 were exactly against changing the model that had created the likes of Borisov and Peevski".
Expert talks on a program with the possibility of commenting on a person for prime minister, more acceptable to everyone, in order to run this program, this was indicated by Balabanov as an option in which ITN would participate and emphasized that "Borisov should took a step back to enable GERB to come out of isolation and be active in politics".
