Once again, the Bulgarian president showed the behavior of a pinched lady or, which is still the same - violated the Constitution.
This commented on "Facebook" Alexander Yordanov.
Because its art. 99 imperatively obliges him to consult with the parliamentary groups before handing over the first mandate to form a government. But he defiantly refused to invite one of them to a conversation. The president has no right to such arbitrary arbitrariness because he is not the owner or manager of a company to decide who he can and cannot consult on this matter.
This violation of the Constitution on his part is proof that this "chapter" of our country tends not to fulfill its obligations and abdicates them. Demonstrates depraved behavior that the Constitution does not allow.
The news is from yesterday, but I didn't react immediately because I expected the newly elected Speaker of the Parliament Natalia Kiselova to do so. But strange why she is silent. And in this scandalous case, the honor of the parliamentary institution led by her, the Bulgarian National Assembly, is affected. Does Kiselova not realize what "popular" means? and does she not understand that she is obliged to react and protect the people's representatives from the presidential encroachment?
Because according to Art. 67. paragraph 1 they represent not only their voters, but also the entire nation. It is both inadmissible and despicable for the president to ignore representatives of the entire nation, and for the chairman of the National Assembly, who represents the institution, to "press his rags". According to Art. 92. paragraph 1 the president personifies the unity of the nation. In this case, he refused in the most impudent way to personify this unity, by deciding to exclude a part of the Bulgarian people from it.
Unfortunately, inflated by the media as a "constitutionalist" Kiselova is silent, it lasts.
Bulgarian democracy is in danger! It sours. "The model "Radev" has been ruining it for years. But together with him, our country is being ruined by those invisible figures who knelt before him and muttered in silent rapture: "We are with you, Mr. President!" It was their bangs in the waist that imposed the "Radev" model. The problem facing our country is that the madness of "change" continues. And nothing good awaits us. We should not live with illusions.
