The parliamentary group of "There is such a people" will participate in the negotiations to form a regular government with GERB-SDF, but under certain conditions. The party's main requirement is that Boyko Borisov not take up the post of prime minister.
This became clear from a statement by the deputy chairman of the parliamentary group of ITN Stanislav Balabanov to the Bulgarian National Radio.
"We will respond, because this has been our position since the beginning of the 51st parliament, to see whether there is really a will to talk about priorities and a program for implementation or this is an attempt to imitate activity," Balabanov said.
He set as a categorical condition the refusal of ITN to support Boyko Borisov's candidacy for prime minister. "This cannot be supported by There are such people, if they are at the negotiating table", emphasized the deputy chairman of the parliamentary group.
According to him, the party will closely monitor the negotiation process: "Of course, from then on we want to see their dialogicity and desire whether they really want to have a government or are just beating their balls to choose more convenient dates for elections".
Earlier in the day, GERB-SDF leader Boyko Borisov announced the party's intention to invite "Democratic Bulgaria", BSP and ITN to negotiations to form a cabinet. "We Continue the Change" were excluded from the invitation.
Acting chairman of the BSP Atanas Zafirov confirmed the readiness of the socialists to participate in the negotiations.
