“This way, there will be more experienced drivers on the roads and it will not be possible to lie about how many hours they have passed, whether they have really driven out of town“, she believes.
In the electronic system, students will be able to see their file to track the hours they have taken and those they have to take. Before the start of each driving lesson, instructors will have to launch an application that will track the route in real time.
The number of theoretical lessons will be reduced, while the number of driving lessons will remain at 31. Monitoring of the entire process by the control authorities will now be done electronically.
“The most important thing is that the human factor is largely eliminated, because the key to corruption is there“, said the chairman of AKAB Krasimir Georgiev.
The system will become mandatory for all driving schools in May.
