A conflict between students from the "N. Y. Vaptsarov" vocational agrarian and technical high school in Byala Slatina escalated into a quarrel between their families.
The conflict arose between an eleventh grader and two ninth graders before noon today. According to unconfirmed information, the reason is that, according to her, they were distributing a clip on social networks that presented her in an indecent manner.
Later, her father and grandfather broke into the school and attacked the young people. A physical altercation ensued between the students' relatives and the father and grandfather. The police brought the conflict under control, the Bulgarian National Radio reported.
All participants in the quarrel are being questioned. Work is underway to clarify the case.
The head of the Regional Department of Education in Vratsa, Loreta Koleva, assured that the quarrel will not affect the conduct of the school's matriculation exams tomorrow.
