MECH's position on closing the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) will be announced within a few days. MECH will decide and announce its position, but this is a collective decision, MECH MP Violeta Komitova told BNT, quoted by news.bg.
According to her, the work of the anti-corruption authorities is very weak. "Uncontrollable recordings are released in the public domain, as these may be free writings", Violeta Komitova pointed out. She sees selective justice, as there have been cases in which there is no evidence and witnesses that money was given to someone, and there are no follow-up actions. Bulgaria lacks justice and security, the MP pointed out.
Violeta Komitova stated that the vote of no confidence by MECH is on a very serious issue - internal security and public order.
