"Currently, the topic of closing the Anti-Corruption Commission is being discussed, of course it will also be discussed at the plenum". This was stated to the Bulgarian National Radio by Kaloyan Pargov, deputy chairman of the Bulgarian Socialist Party:
"What I can say in advance is rather my opinion, which I have expressed, that there is already a procedure for replacing the current leadership of the Communist Party of Bulgaria, regardless of whether we like it or not and whether it is doing its job or not, especially in light of the latest case - nerde Sevlievo, nerde Vitosha district. Obviously, this replacement is imperative and the more important issue is that it is tied to the Recovery and Sustainability Plan, which was laid down by the previous government in the person of the PP-DB, and it is tied to a colossal sum of 5 billion. One of the tasks of this government is stabilizing the state, stabilizing finances. You know that the state is in dire need of money
"Obviously, the game of pushing and shoving has been part of the political landscape for the last 15 years and we have also observed it in the face of Borisov, who has manifested himself more than once", the deputy chairman of the BSP added in an interview for the "Nedelya 150" program on the "Horizont" program:
"Currently, it appears that the DSB in the face of General Atanasov and Delyan Peevski are of the same opinion about the CPC. That is what the facts show".
Pargov also commented on the topic of inflation:
"The main subtlety in the fight against inflation is the balance between income as a price level and prices. We must think both about the stability of the state's finances and about the people. Here is the delicate balance in the art of politics".
