Today will be sunny, but around and after noon in Western and Central Bulgaria there will be short-term precipitation and thunderstorms, hail is also possible. A light to moderate northwest wind will blow, in Southeast Bulgaria from the north-northeast.
Maximum temperatures will be from 30° in the northwestern to 39° in the southeastern regions, where an orange code for high temperatures is in effect.
On the Black Sea coast it will be mostly sunny, with temporary increases in cloudiness along the southern coast. The wind after noon will again be from the southeast and will be light to moderate. Maximum temperatures will be between 30° and 33°. The sea water temperature is 26°-27°.
Over the mountains in Western Bulgaria there will be short-term precipitation and thunderstorms. A light to moderate northerly wind will blow, in the highest parts from the south-southwest.
On Tuesday in Northern Bulgaria and the mountains there will be short-term precipitation, thunderstorms, and hail are also possible. The wind from the northwest will strengthen, in the Danube Plain and the Upper Thracian Lowland it will be moderate, temporarily strong. Maximum temperatures will be between 28° and 33°, still higher in the southeastern regions. On Wednesday it will remain windy. In the afternoon, it will rain and thunder in Southern and Eastern Bulgaria.
In the coming days, heavy cumulonimbus clouds will develop, there will be short-term precipitation, thunderstorms and conditions for hail.
