The police caught the driver of a car whose 4-year-old child was showing through the sunroof. The man is 37 years old. He is a foreign citizen permanently residing in Bulgaria, the Ministry of Interior announced.
The offender was caught after a check by the "Traffic Police" on footage published on social networks with the child showing through the sunroof of the car while driving. It was established that the dangerous incident with the dangerous violation occurred on "Macedonia" Street in Plovdiv at around 10 p.m. on July 28.
Yesterday, the man was charged under Art. 132, item 2 of the Road Traffic Act - for failing to take the necessary measures for the safe transportation of the child in the car. The district prosecutor's office has also been notified.
