A 16-year-old boy from the Velingrad village of Krastava crashed his father's motorcycle into a cow on the road to Velingrad and died.
The incident occurred shortly before 11:00 p.m. last night, BNT specified. A 16-year-old boy decided to go for a ride, and a peer from the same village was also riding with him on the motorcycle. Driving at a speed that did not comply with road conditions, the young man crashed into a cow on the road. As a result of the serious impact, the motorcycle driver died on the spot.
An emergency team transported the other teenager to the Velingrad Hospital, where he was admitted for treatment.
A duty group at the Velingrad Regional Hospital inspected the scene. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated under the supervision of the Pazardzhik District Prosecutor's Office.
