Action by the Ministry of Interior in Plovdiv Region in connection with the complicated situation with sheep and goat pox. Inspections are also being carried out at one of the largest animal markets in the region - the one in the town of Rakovski, bTV reports.
„Vehicles and traders are being inspected, as there is a ban on the sale, trade and movement of sheep and goats. So far, no violations have been found“.
This was stated in the program „This Saturday and Sunday“ by Georgi Kazakov from the Economic Police in Plovdiv.
„Inspections have been ongoing for a month at all regulated and unregulated markets. For this month, there have been no violations related to animals, there have been violations related to the Road Traffic Act“, Kazakov also pointed out.
