Boyko Borissov: Only with solidarity, consistency and united efforts can we help Ukraine

"Our long-term goal must be sustainable peace in Ukraine, which can only be achieved through a close partnership between the European Union, the United States and Ukraine itself. A peace that guarantees the security of Ukrainian citizens, stability in the region and upholds the values of freedom and democracy. Only with solidarity, consistency and united efforts can we help Ukraine". GERB leader Boyko Borissov wrote this on his Facebook page, quoted by Nova TV. He participated in an online meeting of EPP leaders, initiated by Chairman Manfred Weber.
"The meeting was attended by Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, who briefed us in detail on the talks from yesterday's meeting of President Zelensky and European leaders with US President Donald Trump in Washington. "With my colleagues, we discussed the next steps to create conditions for a lasting and just peace," the GERB leader also wrote.
