A severe chest trauma caused the death of the 8-year-old child who died on an attraction in Nessebar. This was established by a forensic medical examination, Dr. Galina Mileva, head of the "Forensic Medicine" department at the University Hospital-Burgas, told bTV.

The Burgas District Court is considering the measure of the three detainees today. The prosecutor's office will insist on permanent arrest for the accused.

The results of the expert examination are also awaited to determine whether the attraction meets the regulatory requirements for its use.

The incident occurred on the South Beach in Nessebar, when during parasailing the rope broke and the child fell from a height of about 50 meters into the water.

The scene, the parachute and the motorboat were inspected. Witnesses were questioned.

An autopsy was performed on the body. All documentation related to the case was seized.

Three people have been brought to criminal responsibility after the incident in Nessebar, in which an eight-year-old child died, the Burgas District Prosecutor's Office announced. They have been detained for up to 72 hours, with a request for "detention in custody" pending. against the accused.

The district prosecutor's office in the seaside town is leading the investigation into the case in which the 8-year-old child fell from a great height during a parachute flight towed by a motorboat. At this stage, the investigation is being conducted for a crime under Article 123, paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, namely for causing death due to ignorance or negligent performance of an occupation.

At present, inspections of the scene of the accident, the parachute and the motorboat have been carried out, the Burgas prosecutor's office indicated. Witnesses are being questioned. An autopsy of the child's body has also been performed. Two expert examinations have been ordered - a forensic medical examination and one to establish "whether the amusement park in question meets the regulatory requirements for its use", the state prosecutor's office explained.
