The electrical installation in the urology department of the Haskovo hospital will be inspected today, BNT reported.
Only then will the patients evacuated due to last night's fire be returned to the department.
The fire last night started from the internal unit of an air conditioner in the reception room of the urology department. Due to the fire, 11 patients had to be transferred to other departments of the hospital.
No one was injured in the incident.
A nurse is under observation after inhaling smoke.
The fire broke out shortly after 7 p.m.
"The air conditioner was repaired in the morning, which was then left to run as a test run and cool the room. But something clearly happened - smoke appeared and the internal body spontaneously combusted," said the manager of the Haskovo Hospital, Dr. Georgi Gelov.
BNT briefly reported last night about a fire in the Blagoevgrad village of Selishte.
Dry grass caught fire in the "Belashovska" hamlet. There are several houses nearby, people have been evacuated and there is no danger to them.
Two teams of the Blagoevgrad fire department, as well as volunteers from the village, are participating in the extinguishing.
The fire has spread to a wooded, difficult-to-access area, which makes the work of the teams difficult.
The fire has been localized. Only old and uninhabited buildings are affected.
On-duty teams remain on site to monitor the situation.
The cause of the fire is being clarified, but it is likely human negligence.
