A serious accident between a car and a truck occurred this afternoon on the main road I-5 - after the town of Byala in the direction of Pleven, BNT reported.
According to initial data, the driver of the car died, the Ministry of Interior's Regional Office in Ruse specified. The emergency medical team that arrived at the scene declared him dead.
