The service life of the water pipeline from Cherni Osam to Lovech expired in 2019, say the Lovech Water and Sewerage Service. They fix 200 major accidents on it annually. They do not fix the small ones, testify the residents of Cherni Osam and Oreshak, whose properties and basements are currently flooding.

I have a question - how in one year 2020-2021 did the state build the 480-kilometer gas pipeline "Turkish Stream" and did not build the ten times shorter main water pipeline?
I have a second question - why is the state now building a new gas pipeline to Greece and not building a new main water pipeline from Cherni Osam?
What is more important to the Council of Ministers - the business and profits of several gas traders, some of them Russian, or the drinking water of 200,000 people in Lovech and Pleven? Rhetorical question - of course, the profits of the gas traders.
