We are starting consultations with other parties to refer to the Constitutional Court and to annul decisions of the Council of Ministers. This was stated by the leader of "Velichy" Ivelin Mihaylov on the sidelines of parliament.

He indicated that they have checked how many of the deputies who were declared by the Constitutional Court to be illegally elected participated in the election for Prime Minister and the Council of Ministers. According to him, eight of these deputies participated in this election.

"These are Alexander Nenkov, Alexander Markov, Andrey Valchev, Emil Trifonov, Esheref Esheref, Ivan Kyuchukov, Pavlin Yotov and Temenuzhka Petkova. When we remove these eight deputies from the election of the Council of Ministers and Prime Minister, it turns out that there is no necessary majority with which this government can be elected, which makes all its decisions after that – from January 16, 2025 illegitimate", Mihaylov pointed out.

Ivelin Mihaylov also commented on Atanas Zafirov's visit to China: "The structure of government in Bulgaria functions like this – GERB has two parties – – "Vazrazhdane" and "Yes, Bulgaria", while "Vazrazhdane" directly communicates with Russia, they have a connection with "United Russia", and "Yes, Bulgaria" communicates with the Democrats in the United States. Delyan Peevski and MRF have BSP, which communicates with China, and ITN, which communicates with the English embassy. Atanas Zafirov was officially sent by the government and all these things they are doing now are to deflect this fact".
