A new stage of the major repair of the "Danube Bridge" near Ruse begins. Activities continue in a 320-meter section in the lane in the direction of Romania. The repair in the lane for Bulgaria is currently being completed and traffic on the facility will be redirected along it. This was stated by "Nova TV".
The restored railing and restrictive systems have been installed in the renovated route. After limiting traffic and introducing the temporary organization of traffic, activities will begin to clean and prepare the construction site.
Among the planned repair activities are the dismantling of the pedestrian railing and lighting poles, removal of the existing asphalt concrete pavement, waterproofing and sidewalk.
