Some agricultural land fees are increasing in price by up to 13 times after the Tariff for fees collected by agricultural services at the Ministry of Agriculture came into force.
The most drastic increase is the increase for issuing a copy of a decision of a land commission or municipal agricultural service - 19.55 BGN. Until now, this fee was determined depending on the number of properties. This is no longer the case. For 1 property, the fee was previously 1.50 BGN, for 2 to 4 properties - 2 BGN and 2.50 BGN for more than 4 properties. Thus, in practice, owners of 1 property must pay a 13-fold higher fee, and for those with more than 4 properties the increase is 8-fold.
The fee for establishing a change in the method of permanent use has also been increased by over 30% - from 30 leva it jumps to 48.90 leva.
The fee for certifying assessments of agricultural land will be lower, which was 8 leva. There will no longer be a 30 leva fee for reviewing applications for inclusion in the list of experts, as well as a 2 leva fee for issuing a rental and lease certificate.
