BDZ sells property in Sofia, and NRIC receives one in Ruse  - 1

The Council of Ministers has given consent to „Holding BDZ“ EAD to sell real estate in the city of Sofia. They are located in the area „NZP Iliyantsi-zapad“, „Nadezhda“ district, Sofia. The sale will be carried out through direct negotiation at a price not lower than that determined by an independent appraiser. It is being carried out because during the construction of the Northern Expressway, a temporary road connection was built in part of these properties, which subsequently became a permanent part of the transport infrastructure of the „Iliyantsi“ district.

The Council of Ministers has granted NRIC the management of a property - public state property - free of charge. The property is located on the territory of the city of Ruse. The provision of the property to NRIC is in connection with the construction of an intermodal terminal in the North Central Planning Region of Bulgaria - Ruse.

The Government provided NRIC with the management of two independent sites in the reception building of the Ruse railway station free of charge. At the moment, the sites are managed by the “Customs“ Agency - Ruse Customs, but are no longer needed. They will be used by NRIC for railway infrastructure management activities.

By decision of the Government, properties - private property, necessary for the construction of the Site “Road P-56 road junction “Skobeleva maika“ - road P-86 (Southeastern bypass of the city of Plovdiv)“ from km 98+000 to km 102+820“, in the territories of the city of Plovdiv, and the villages of Yagodovo and Brestnik in the municipality of Rodopi. The road section will have a G20 gauge - with two lanes, separated by a median strip, with two lanes for traffic in each direction and shoulders. The project has been declared a site of national importance. It is of exceptional importance for easing and removing the transit flow outside the city of Plovdiv and preserving the living and ecological environment of the residents and their safety, as well as the smooth passage of transit traffic. The decision may be appealed before an administrative court at the location of the properties within 14 days of its notification to the interested parties in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Code.
