A foreigner smashed seven shop windows on Sofia's Maria Luisa Boulevard, NOVA learned. The hooliganism took place last night after 9:00 p.m.
Among the sites are shops and hotels. A paving stone was found in the man's backpack.
The man has been detained in the 3rd Precinct. The police are trying to reveal his identity.
Interrogations of the owners of the sites have begun to establish the extent of the damage.
