Actor Rosen Belov, Dr. Stanimir Hasardjiev and the French legionnaire remain in custody. The reasons for this court decision are new evidence in the investigation, bTV reported.

The three are accused of holding a 20-year-old man at gunpoint in Dr. Hasardjiev's apartment in Sofia. In his report, the young man claims that he was tied up and held against his will. According to the indictment, he was also forced to use drugs.

"There is a refinement and addition of new charges against some of the individuals. The charges are related to narcotics and pornographic materials. It is still unclear to whom, because the case concerns details of the personal lives of the accused," prosecutor Georgi Kodzhanikolov told journalists.

He said that one of the detected narcotic substances was surprising for the investigators - gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB) or known in street slang - G. This narcotic substance is very dangerous, especially combined with alcohol. The chance of a fatal outcome after its use is very high. It was found in Dr. Hasardjiev's home during the search.

"It turns out that access to this narcotic substance is very easy and is relatively unknown. There are allegations in the case that the investigation suggests that it is possible to order it online. It arrives in the form of a wheel rim cleaner. It is completely freely delivered by courier companies. It is a liquid, mixed with other narcotic substances. Its dosage is of critical importance for whether a fatal outcome would have occurred.

The investigation shows that this is one of the types of drugs that were used to coerce the young man. The pornographic content was found electronically in files.

On October 28, the court left the three in custody after determining that they and their actions were socially dangerous. Drugs were found in Dr. Hasardjiev's home. There is also a reasonable assumption that they committed what they are accused of.
