The investigation into the "Petrokhan" tragedy continues.
Yesterday it became clear that the Minister of the Interior has ordered an inspection into the way in which Ivaylo Kalushev, Ivaylo Ivanov and Nikolay Zlatkov obtained permits to possess weapons.
Ivanov had a significant firearms arsenal - five rifles, two carbines, one short weapon and two silencers. Two pistols are registered in Kalushev's name.
The permits for both were issued by the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs - Montana in 2021.
The data indicate that the crimes near the hut and in the camper were committed with the legally owned weapons of the victims.
In the meantime, the analysis of the video recordings from the cameras seized from Petrohan continues. The motives for the two crimes are still unclear.
