A man has stabbed three people in the capital's "Poduyane" district, bTV reported. Emergency services confirmed the report and sent three ambulances to the scene.
According to the information, a 21-year-old boy has died, a 15-year-old has multiple stab wounds, and a 78-year-old woman has cuts and stab wounds to the abdomen and chest.
The 15-year-old boy was taken to "Pirogov" and the woman to ISUL.
A 44-year-old man, who is believed to be the children's father, has been detained. He has a cut on his hand - he probably injured himself while throwing the punches.
