10 people were detained today during a specialized police operation in Varna region for crimes related to the political rights of citizens. They participated in an organized criminal group, and data on its activities has been available since 2021, BNT reported.
Addresses were searched in Provadia and Varna. During procedural and investigative actions at some of the checked locations, lists containing personal data of hundreds of people were found and seized, with polling station numbers marked against their names. The search for several of the participants in the criminal group is currently ongoing. Work on the case continues under the supervision of the prosecutor's office.
