A Plovdiv resident lost his three apartments after falling victim to a fraudulent scheme.
It is about 57-year-old I.K. He disappeared without a trace and was declared wanted, after which he surprisingly reappeared in Plovdiv, not suspecting that he had run out of apartments, reports "Maritsa".
>After a report was filed and an investigation, it became clear that he fell into the net of five people - four men and a woman.
In the case, it was established that two of the accused - had “befriended“ with Ivan, after they found out that he is the owner of three apartments - on “Pere Toshev Street, with an area of 64,800 sq.m., on “Vasil Ihchiev“ Street, with an area of 45,880 sq.m. , and on “Georgi Kondolov“ street, with an area of 47,260 sq.m. Under the influence of alcohol, Ivan signed documents for the transfer of the properties to third parties, and so the apartments were sold to new owners, without them suspecting the fraudulent scheme.

For several months, he lived there with one of the accused, who regularly provided him with alcohol. Subsequently, he was taken to the "Sunny Beach" resort complex, where he spent several days and returned to Plovdiv with a ticket bought by one of the accused. Procedural-investigative actions are being carried out in the case - questioning of witnesses, documentation has been seized, a commodity valuation expertise is to be appointed, which will give a conclusion on the price of the sold apartments, and others.
The accused were found during a police operation of the “Criminal Police” on August 12. Four of them were detained for up to 72 hours by decree of the supervising prosecutor.
