A priest was caught driving without a license in Gorna Oryahovitsa. His driver's license was suspended for drunk driving 20 days ago in Arbanasi.
He was caught with 0.98 per mille of alcohol, NOVA reported.
For his second violation, the police removed the license plates of his car. A quick investigation was initiated. He told NOVA: “I have no comment. Unfortunately, mistakes happen”.
