Nearly a kilogram of dry cannabis was found and seized in the village of Smolnik near Karnobat. The operation of the General Directorate of the “National Police“, in which officers from the regional directorates in Burgas and Yambol also participated, also included the police dog Bim.
The dry herbaceous mass, which reacted during the field drug test for cannabis, was hidden in an apiary in the “Kosharite” area near the village. The drug was found thanks to the abilities of the police dog Bim, who has 9 years of experience in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The ownership of the discovered narcotic substance is in the process of being established. The case is ongoing.
