The Atlanta police arrested a Bulgarian for armed robbery. This is clear from a message published by the Atlanta Police Department on social networks.
39-year-old Lyubomir Petleshkov is accused of entering a bank armed with a grenade on July 15 at around 1:50 p.m. and threatening to blow it up if he was not given 40,000 dollars. He managed to steal 6,000 dollars and fled on a scooter. The suspect was wearing a dark brown jacket and a hat that covered his face.
Lyubomir Petleshkov was arrested 10 days later and taken to the Atlanta Detention Center. He was charged with robbery there and later booked into the Fulton County Jail.
