The winner of the “Miss Russia 2022“ contest Anna Linnikova claims that she was kidnapped and subjected to an attempted rape in Bali.
The model made the claim in a video posted on her Instagram page.
According to the model, an “oriental“ man forcibly held her in her villa, took her phone and tried to rape her.
Linnikova also said that she spent the whole day at the police station, looking for interpreters and filing a complaint. She noted that Indonesia offers “very good protection“ for women, with strict laws against domestic violence. The model expressed hope that the attacker would be deported or imprisoned.
In December 2024, Linnikova reported to the police that she was attacked by a taxi driver in St. Petersburg. She said that the conflict with the taxi driver began because of his rude behavior. The model told the driver that she would file a complaint against him. Then the man grabbed the girl and cursed at her.
She specified that “there was no beating“. However, the woman was outraged that despite her complaint, the money for the trip was taken from her account.
