Matthew McConaughey released his autobiographical book "Green Lights", admits that the memory of his late father and has so far managed to make him smile, NOVA reported.
In his memoirs, which he wrote for 52 days in total isolation in the desert, the 50-year-old actor decided to reveal both the good and the painful moments that make up his personal story. Promoting the title, he recently published a short excerpt from it in the pages of "People" magazine, from which it is clear how his parent died.
What's more, it turns out that James Donald McConaughey always knew the way he was going to die, and during his lifetime he repeatedly shared it with his three sons.
"I got a call from my mom. "Your father died," she told me. My legs suddenly went soft... I couldn't believe it. He was my father. No one and nothing was able to kill him except Mom. I remembered how he always said to me and my brothers, "Boys, I'm going to go make love to your mother. That's exactly how it happened... He had a heart attack while he was having an orgasm," writes the star.
